CORRESPONDENCE

ROCKS ROAD SLIP.

(To the Editor.)

Sir, —Allow (me space in your columns to draw attention to the state of the ".Rocks Road -where the big slip occurred. The road is now almost impassable for cyclists and foot passengers, it being nothing more (than a quagmire, "with scarceljV room for a vehicle to get past without danger of getting over the chains. I have seen no one at work on this slip now for some days, neither have I seen lights at night. Trusting something may be done without delay to Avoid accidents. I am, etc, TRAVELLER.
