Mr Frederick Palmer, writing from the West- Front-, describes Sir Douglas Eaig as keeping up exercise and insisting on plenty of sleep. Consequently he is as fresh as when the war broke out. Sir Douglas Haig, interviewed, said' the tide had turned, and it was only a question of time as to when we will have a decisive victory. Events have proved that man for man the British are superior. Captured 1 officers admit that Germany has been beaten.
