In connection with warehouse thefts, James Henry Morris, grocer n was charged in the Court '■Co-day with receiving stolen good's' valued at £167 "16s 6d. Breay,- who, pleaded guilty of -stealing ■goods, igave evidence that Morris knew the goods were stolen. Accused pleading not guilty, was, committed to the Supreme 'Court for trial.
