HARBOURMASTER'S REPORT. The Harbourmaster (Captain H. Collins) reported that .the trade of the Port for the month showed a decrease in tonnage compared with the correspondinff month of 1915. During the month. 137 vessels entered and left tne port including one ocea-going steamer, 2 intercoloniaf steamers. 21 Unioft boats 97 small steamers, 15 sailing vessels.
