CONDITIONS GROWING WORSE. (Rec. July 31. 12.20 p.m.) ATHENS, July 30. The situation in Albania is daily- worse. Hunger is raging owing to the Amtriau army, which requisitioned all foodi supplies, and' cattle. The Austrians called on the Albanians to fight the Italians. Valona recruits refused, and thousands sorfcie~d en masse to the 'Serbian camp.
