FIGHTING AT KATIA. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) CAIRO, July 29. The Turkish advance towards Katia has not influenced native opinion in Cairo. Our cavalry patrols are in daily contact with the enemy, and are bringing to Cairo hatches of prisoners. Our airmen fly over the Turkish (positions with impunity. A TURKISH COMMUNIQUE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) AMSTERDAM", July 28. A Turkish communique says: "Our aeroplanes successfully bombed enemy vessels in Tenedos Bay. Enemy warships landed more than a hundred bandits eastward of Alvalik. Fighting resulted in the bandit's retreat."
