TRIBUTE FROM LONDON OFFICER. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Rec. JoxLv 29, 10.30 a..m.) , LONDON, July 28. An officer of one of the London regiments wounded at Pozieres, says that the Anzacs bore the brnnt of the gruelling -but we were always in' lir.e with them. They are like lions at large and revelled in the fray. The great- fellows' example sparred us on at- every turn. They even faced the deadliest- machine gain fire. It was a sight to stir the ■blood; to see the Anzacs and Londoners stand, up to the Kaiser's elite.
