i EMPIRE-WIDE 'MEETINGS ARRANGED. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association ) LONDON, July 27. Empire-wide meetings have been arranged for August 4th, the second anniversary of the war declaration. A resolution" approved by Mr Asquith and Mr "Bonar 'Law \vill\be moved recording the Empire's "inflexible determination to continue to a. victorious end the struggle I for the ideals of liberty and justice I which are the common and sacred cause of the Allies."
