A fine_ musicai programme was presented, JVlesdames Anderson and Miss Robinson, and Messrs Low, Price, Noake, McKenzie, and Painton. An able and instructive address by Mr J. S. Evans was well received. 1 The finances of the Guards were well augmented .by the efforts of Mr Low with an auction sale, and J highly amusing mock court. A word of praise is given to Miss Tui Shea for the successful sale of sweets.
