HAND TO HAND FIGHTLNG ON VIMY RTDGE. LONDON, May 25. Sir Douglas Haig reports that small parties of British troops pushed, forward on Vimy Ridge and engaged in hand-to-hand fighting. A heavy bombardment is proceeding on both sides astride the Souchez river.
