The High Commissioner reports:— London, May 10,'4.55 p.m. Petrograd admife that, enemy' troops, supported by a fleet along the littoral, occupied: Laban oft Saturday evening, after: fighting" a small detachment of Russian Territorials". . The enemy were forced -to evacuate hurriedly on Friday a strongly fortified position'at Janiszkai.
