NELSON DEFENCE RIFLE CLUB. r-Ihe competition ,for last week was one of "the championship series, and also for Messrs Brown Brothers' trophy, over ranges 800 and 900-yards, seven shots at' each. Rifleman A. Busch secured the- leg-in.for the tronhy with the score of Rifleman F, Giedhill being the runher=-up with the- : score of 66.
