Mackenzie, High Commissioner, discussed with the .Port of'Xiondqn Ant 1 oritytbe whole question of dock accommodation' and harbour facilities, which owinT to its peculiar trade is not so beneficial to New Zealand as to Argentine. Lord uevonport explained the Authority's improvement in the sorting eheds at the Royal Albert Docks, on which it was expending £260,000.
