PATTEN FINED £BOO. (Press Association.— Copyright.) (Received, Feb. 12, 11.40 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 11. James Patten, at New York, pleaded guilty to an indictment charging him with restraint of trade. He was fined £BOO, which was paid immediately.
