A WELLINGTON BLACKSMITH FINED.

WELLINGTON. This Day. At the Magistrate's Court to-day John James Adams, a. blacksmith, was convicted of having used his business premises as a common .gaming house, and was fined £5 with costs. A second information, that he had made bets in a shop which was a roistered factory, was withdrawn.
