WEDDING.
GOW—BOUNDY
A pretty wedding was celebrated at St. Clary's Church yesterday afternoon by the Key. Father" Goggan, the contracting parties being Mr J. Gow, eldest son of Mr J. Gow, and Miss Gwendelon Boundy, eldest daughter of Mr T. W. Boundy, of Nelson. The bride, who was <p%-en away by her father, .ooked charming in an ivory white charmeuse satin, and wore the usual veil and orange blossom. She was attended by Miss Ella Boundy, her sister, and Miss Florence Gow. sister of the bridegroom, who were attired in turquoise blue silk dresses, with picture hats. Mr L. Brewerton was best- man. and Mr Stanley Boundy was groomsman. The brideoroom's gift to the bride was a diamond ring, and the bride's gift to the bridegroom w.as a gold albert. After the ceremony a reception was held at the Haeremai tea rooms, when a number of toasts were honoured. The happy couple were the recipients of many useful and handsome presents. The bride's travelling dress was a Saxe blue cloth coat .arid skirt, and black velvet hat. Mr and Mrs. Gow left for their future home in Wellington this morning.
