Advices received from Hayti announced that General Coiceru, an cx-nu-litarv tyrant of Hayti, has been sentenced to death a jury at the- CriminrJ. Court finding him guilty of instituting a riot in 1898, ill which ten persons were fatally Ghot. Later he betrayed his three brothers, personally directing their execution the following day. He once swore to carve out the hearts of the whits people if opportunity offered.
