THEATRE ROYAL. lIAYWARD'S PICTURES. 'J'he new programme /of H;ayward's Pictures at the Theatre Royal is being screened this afternoon, and will be shown for tin; last, time this evening, the Theatre being otherwise engaged next Monday and Tuesday. Among the new items are "The Sherifi, . a superb Cowboy drama : "A Ride tor a Bride." a romance o! a great international steeplechase ; "Two Brothers"; "(Jorge Rapids" : "A Sporting Offer" ; "Latest J'at he t lazet te" : "Tiny Tim as an Apache" ; "Rabbiting in New Zealand"; "The Mistr and the Thieves'; "Ovutlin CliafHiiir Dish"; and ".Scenes round Cadiz. school oE music. F ULLE HS' PI Cl' U R ES. A large audience at Fullers' Pictures last evening showed keen appreciation of the programme, which was shown lor the last time. . A matinee is being held tilis afternoon. There will be a completely new programme this evening, which is claimed to be one of the best that has yet been presented by Fullers'. It will contain dramatics by the Vitagraph, Selig. Edison, and A.I?. Companies; comedies by Lulnn and Vitagraph, and good scenic, topical, and industrial films. rr.j ascheck. An eminent critic, in writing about ty'ie "Society Snap-shots' entertainniiiit. presented by the' English humorist, Mr Joseph BUischeck, said : "There is something distinctive about this entertainment. What that distinction is it is more easy to appreciate than define ; but the impression which these two gifted people made upon me is considerable. They provide us with an J entertainment which not only contains j good music, but music without monotony, and relieved by. humour and variety, and that is why a delighted public punctuate the items oil the programme by enthusiastic applause—applause that is a genuine expression of their appreciation for an evenings unalloyed enjoyment." This company will open their short season in Nelson next Monday. , The box plan is open at Jackson's, no extra charge for booking being njade.
