The trouble aros£~oyer the hours worked by one of them,, shq refusing to work'after 7.30 p.m. ..Judgment in one case was for the plaintiff, and in the other, for defendant... .Last evenino- the staff of. the,; boarding house gave 48 hours' notice and the Hotel aiid Bearding House Employees' Union discussed the matter and decided that whilstapplauding the staff for its loyalty to t;heir fellows, there was no.call f". action by the Union.
