POSSIBLE DANGER TO FOREIGNERS. (Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received March 7, 11.35 a.m.) NEW YORK ,March 6. At Chicago, the War Secretary (Mr Stimson), addressing a large audience, and speaking of the foreign policy, said that a great danger to foreigners was apprehended if the Americans once got an idea that the United States menaced her by an army which was now stationed near the border. They would then probably wreck vengeance on all foreigners within the country.
