The Awent-General, reporting on butter export, su tes as an extraordinary fact that no Australian butter is sold m the West End of London as such, consequently there is no opportunity ot winning a name. The butter suffeis m price accordingly. Dealing with the advantages of Danish over Australian butter, he states that the former is of uniform quality. In this respect New Zealand butter also had an advantage over Australian. Only inferior qualities were sold as Australian. If these conditions were altered the proper price would be obtained.
