At the Supreme Court to-day a Maori named'Tekjra was found.guilty on a charge of theft from Edward Saunders, and-of-attempted theft from the person at ,€he Hawera race 3. W. Ryan 1 was also found guilty of theft from' the person. . Both were remanded for sentence till to-morrow.- i .
