CALCUTTA, March 5
Agah Khani is resigning the presidency of the All India Moslem League. It is attributed to his acquiescence in the breaking of pledges to the Momalimedans of 'Eastern Bengal. The All India Moslem League approved of the transfer of the capital, but bitterly deplored the annulment of the partition of Bengal as having the appearance of the authorities being ready to make concessions to seditious clamours.
