In the State Assembly Mr. Wade, Leader of the Opposition, continued the dehate on the second reading of the Arbitration Bill. He declared that the greatest blot of the Bill was that the Government proposed to drastically punish strikers if registered under the Act, and aiot to punish them if unregistered. The ringleader- of a . strike should" be punished more heavily i3i.au the men whom they mislead. The Bill proposed to treat all similarly.
