A bomb exploded in a manhole at the Co lnmon wealth- Ed isou Electric Company's premises at- Chicago, and shattered the windows in three blocks around. The enests at the. Blackst<me and Congress Hotels were panic-stricken. Thero were iw fatalities. The -company is involved in a dispute with the workers.
