FTXKS AT DUN ED IN. {United Press Association.') DUNBDIN Friday. At the Police 'Court a Chinaman named Ah Ping, charged with smoking opium, was fined £2 and costs. Kong Wob, charged with having opium- in his possession in a, form suitable for smoking, was fined £3O and costs.
