EXCLUSION OF ALIENS.
MR. CHURCHILL'S BILL CRITICISED. (Received April 21, 9.30 a.m.J LONDON, Friday. Mr Woodman, Chairman of t<he Aliens' Registration Board, says that while Mr. Churchill's new Bill was an improvement, lie considers that in view of the poverty and misery in England, aliens should not be admitted at all. He objected to wretched aliens doing tilie work Englishman ought to have.
