Coamt Witt- (Pi.ussit) sa-ys t-hat as a conservative, he sympathises with the House of Lords, and is- truly sorry that it oom/miitted the mistake of rejecting t'he Budget. Unless he was mis-iniform-ed, the Upper Chamiber had managed to "burn its fingers in coud water. The Lords had set their face against reiorm, which, however, tJhey were now willing to accept.
