GERMAN SHIPBUILDING TROUBLE. [Press Association —Copyright.] BERLIN, Monday. The lock-out at the yards west of Danzig is complete, and 35,000 men are idle. The employers declare that they have ample time to fulfil contracts, and desire a Jong fight. Ships needing repair s are crossing to British yards. Work on several German battleships have been suspended.
