ROYAL STANDARD PALACE OF PICTURES. Large audiences filled tho Druids' Hall on Saturday afternoon and evening, and the new series of pictures was received with marked favour. The programme includes films from the world s leading cinematographic picture firms, and embraces a large variety of subject -educational, dramatic, fantastic, and humorous. One of the most striking films yet screened was "Q.E.D., a "wireless" dramatic picture romance ol shipwreck ami rescue. The humorous pictures are as good as ever, and refreshingly novel, and are warranted to drive dull care away from the most pessimistic of mortals. The programme will, be screened again this and to-mor-row evening.
