The golf tournament was resumed ii fine weather, and the open champion, ship was practically decided in favom of Clements, the present, holder, whose score to-day was 81, making his aggregate for three rounds 243. His nearest opponent is J. C. Bidwell, who scored 82 to-day, making his aggregate 248. A. S. Duncan scored 88, and Smith . (amateur champion) 82, with aggregate 154.
