STOWAWAYS FROM LONDON.

AUCKLAND, Friday.
Three young men were brought before the Court to-day, charged with having stowed away on the steamer Waimate from London. They stated that they could not get employment in the Old Country. They had been working on the steamer from Teneriffe, and that they landed at Auckland with a total capital of fifteen pence. They desired to get work. They were sent to gaol for one month each.
