INVERCAHGILL, Friday. At the Supreme Court to-day, when tha case of Dinah Harraway (Durnsido) versus J. C. MeKenzio (RiverstlaJe) a a claim for £1100 for breach of promiao was called on, the plaintifl's connseli explained that a settlement had b?en arrived at between the parties.
