THE FEILDING APPEAL. [United Pbess Association.] FEILDING, Friday. An appeal having been lodged in the case of the Feilding Borough Council v. Redwood and 6'Meara, involving payment of rates on Convent property at Feildinfr. the Borough Council last night decided to ask the secretary to the Municipal Association to conduct the Council 's case in the appeal on behalf of the Municipal Councils of New Zealand, as the whole of the boroughs of the Dominion aTe affected.
