DISCONTENTED DUNEDINITES. ■ [United Phess Association.] DUN'EDIN, Friday. At a meeting of the Trades and Labour Council the following resolution was carried :— "That in tho opinion ot this Council Mr J. A. Millar has, by . his action in connection with the Arbi- j tration Bill, forfeited the right to be j c.'assed as a representative as labour, i and this Council invites him to proclaim ' himself what he has proved to be— the ; champion of tho capitalistic class. j A resolution was passed placing on , record appreciation of Mr Barclay's ser- I vices in connection with the Bill. j The secretary was instructed to ask Mr Arnold, M.P., if he was in the House when the Arbitration Bill was being discussed, and, if so, as a professed Labour member, why he did not raise his voice in support of Mr Barclay's umerulment re the Court making an J award' J
