THE ARBITRATION COURT.
A THREATENED COAL TROUBLE. NAPIER, Tuesday. Ino Arbitration Court opened its sitting to-Say, and heard various cases of breaches of awards which had occurred in different townships in the districts DUNEDIN, Tuesday. Inquiries disclosed the fact that 'the miners at Green Island are dissatisfied with the Arbitration Court's award in their dispute. At a meeting 'of the Union to-night, it was decided to ask the employers to arrange for a conference with the Union's committee. It is aserted that if the employers refuse a conference, or if a conference does not result satisfactorily to the men, there is likelihood that trouble will ensue.
