The Commissioners who are to try Dinizulu for rebellion will be Sir W. Smith, Judge of the Supreme Court of the Transvaal; Mr H. G. Boshoff, Judge of the Native High Court of Natal; and Mt. H. C. Shepstone, a son of the late Sir Theophilus Sbepstone. (Received Sept. 16, 11.20 a.m.) CAPETOWN, Tuesday. ' E. F. Smith, Town Clerk at Woodstock, Capetown, has been arres'ol on a charge of fraud in connection with tho purchase of a farm by the municipality. His brother, Septimus SmiH', was arrested in Australia a fortnight ago charged with being an accessory.
