GERMAN CRUELTY IN BRAZIL.
(Pbess Association. — Copxbiqhi.J (Eeceived Sept. 16, 5.40 a.m.) VIENNA, Tuesday. An Americanist Congress it sitting at Vienna. Professor Iritsch charged German colonists in South Brazil with brutal treatment of Indians, the natives complaining that Germans had sold them and their children into Blavery. The Congress declined to petition the Brazil Government, regarding the matter as political.
