DUST STORM AT ALEXANDRA. RAIN AND HEAVY FLOODS. [United Peess Association.] DUNEDIN, Monday. A heavy dust storm raged in Alexan- . dra South yesterday, the storm being enveloped in a cloud of. dust, resembling Black Friday years ago. Rain followed. Heavy rain and caies have prevailed, and the Arrow and Shotover Rivers are in the biggest flood for years. The change will be disastrous to sheep. Affc3r the heavy snow the flood waters must considerably affect tbe Clutha river.
