THB ALTEBATION IN THE PBOCESSION. CATHOLICS DISAPPOINTED AND ANGKT. (Beceived Sept. 14, 9.55 a.m.) LONDON, Sunday. The Koman Catholics arc intensely disappointed at tha abandonment of ■ the public procession of the Host. Many special trains arrived from all parte of the country bringing visitors to attend it. Archbishop Bourne announced the alterations in the procession at a mass meeting at the Albert Hall amid a storm of howls ana hisses, adding that though it ■was impossible to carry with them their Divine Master, he trusted that the onlooking Catholics would make not only the Cathedral, but the whole of "Westminster, one great sanctuary "of the Blessed Sacrament. About 15,000 children met on the "Victoria Embankment, and marched to the cathedral to receive Cardinal yVannnteUi's Papal blessing.
