To the Editor. fiir. — As a warm sympathiser with the no-license movement, I should like to draw attention to the fact that we have no veal substitute for tho hotels, no nublic place of resort where young fellows can meet in a social way. Of course it, will be pointed out that we havo the V.M.C.A. What we want is an independent institute, whero "soft drinks" am sold, papers and books supplied, and it should also possess a billiard room.
