AUCKLAND, Monday. At the Supreme Court James William Russell (who had been a confederate of Cox, previously declared an habitual criminal) was convicted of breaking and entering two Parnell residences, was sentenced to two years on each charge, concurrent. Nicholas Albert Maddren, for arson and breaking and entering at Whangarei, was sentenced to 2% years. James Blomneld, aged 82, for breaking and entering, was Bentenced to eighteen months.
