In divorce a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, was granted Arthur John Taylor, from Elizabeth Taylor, for failing to obey an order for the restitution of conjugal rights. | Regarding tho throwing out of the bill in the Opunake case yesterday, by tho Orand Jury, which at the time ap- j peared inexplicable to the Judge as i well as the public, it is now understood j that the jury acted on good grounds, j the principal Crown witnesses failing to) positively identify the accused on oath , when under examination by the Grand Jury. ' j
