The amount floated in New Zealand was £100,000, which was raised in a record time, £37,000 being raised in one aftemen. The English capital is all guaranteed, and flotation will be put in hand almost immediately. The modus operan--li of the company is not yet settled, but- Mr Berry says no doubt works will '>c established here as well as at Parapara.. although the latter will nrobably ret earlier attention.
