ANNUAL EXAMINATIONS. The examination of scholars conducted by the Sunday School Union on sth July was attended by the largest num: ber of scholars yet recorded; There were 751 candidates from 56 schools. All those who gained 75 marks and oyer will geY a prize and first-class certificate, those gaining 60 and under 75 will get a secoiid-class certificate, whilst 54 and uiider 60 entitles the scholar to a third-class certi fii ate. Hi the following record of those who have won prizes it will be. noticed that two scholars, Jessie M. Forsyth, of the Courtenay Place Congregational School, and Amy Anderson, of the Constable-street Congregational Sunday School, gained the full 100 marks. Both these scholars are in Grade V. (ages 10 and 11 years). The Governor is to present the prizes at a public meeting on Friday, the 30th inst.
