(UPHOLDING THE BRITISH FLAG. NEW YORK, Wednesday. CaptaTa Fulham, of the United States cruiser Maretta, intimated that America would not allow insults to the British flag, and compelled the Honduras insurgents to apologise for removing the flag which a Britisher had hoisted for his own protection at Salando.
