VOLCANIC ACTIVITY. [United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, Wednesday. The correspondent of the 'Star" telegraphed to-day that Ruapehu has been invisible from Taupo since Friday owing to wet weather. I„ connection with the outbreak on Ruapehu more than ordinary interest is manifested in the abnormal activity of Nganruhoe, its volcanic neighbour, which, since the middle of February has daily thrown up clouds of dust which can Be seen rolling down the mountain side, being apparently too heavy to rise like a geyser. It continues to give displays which aro visible in Tokaanu,' township, but its activity has decreased
