A PROTEST FROM BRISBANE.
(Received 8.20 a.m.) BRISBANE, Thursday. The Chamber of Commerce has adopted a resolution emphatically protesting against the exclusion of Brisbane from the Vancouver mail service, declaring that Queensland would lose trade and prestige and have to pay a portion of the subsidy of which New Zealand would reap the benefit.
