EXPANSION OF MEAT EXPORTATION.
A RECORD SHIPMENT AT AUCKLAND. (United Press Association.) For the month of November there was shipped from Auckland 1,500,000 lbs of chilled beef, to the value of £21,095 This is the largest month's shipment of beef ever despatched from Auckland. It exceeds for a number of years the whole 12 months' shipments, it is more than double what was shipped during year ending March 31, 1906, and it is ten times as much as the total for the year ended March 31, 1905.
