It was resolved lo submit the name of Mr Knapp to the Department as a plasticine instructor, and that, if the Departj ment agrpe, the officers of the Board : should sol. up the ela ses. I Two applications were recei ved for the position of teacher of dressmaking ; bul it was resolved that tlfe question of an appointment be held over till next month, the Inspector to edvise the Board in the meantime.
